About Us

Edufund has a very simple vision. We are students helping other students. At Edufund, we are able to take a step back and recognize the misfortune brought upon other students due to a lack of funds. It is for this reason that Edufund was started. Daily, Edufund and its members work to fulfill a goal: an equal opportunity for students to succeed. Whether this be updated textbooks, technological equipment aids, school supplies, or capable computers, Edufund works nonstop to provide the amenities each student should be afforded. It is such that we operate a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization developed and run by students at Adlai E. Stevenson High School. The model is pragmatic. Edufund is divided into four central components: Business Outreach, School Relations, Fundraising/Public Relations, Communications. Each operate in unison to create and set into motion strategies that will bring attention and funds to schools and students in need. In all, we firmly believe in the words of Diogenes Laertius:
